Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of the averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation dated 18.9.2020 (Annexure P-1), which is to be treated as a representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh, in PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.12.10 18:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
