At the asking of the Court, Mr.H.S. Grewal, Addl. A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent - State. Heard forthwith with the consent of the counsel for rival parties.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the representations Annexures P1, P-4 and P-5 have been made regarding removing the illegal votes from village Bahmanian, Tehsil Shahkot but the said representations have not yet been decided by the competent authority. In the light of the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No.8290-2013 decided on 13.6.2013, the Deputy Commissioner or the Competent Authority shall decide the objections by passing a well reasoned order after hearing the parties. CWP-29197-2018 2 In that view of the mater, we make following order: (i) The petitioners shall file the objections/representations before concerned authority and thereafter the said authority shall decide it in accordance with law within a period of two weeks therefrom if so desired upon hearing the petitioners. The petitioners shall place the copy of this order before the concerned authority. The petition stands disposed of.
