(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners admits that he could not comply with the order dated 25.02.2021 within the time as was stated, however, as of now he has paid the instalments due. He further states that he has moved a representation dated 20.03.2021 through mail to the respondents which may be considered and decided. Assertion has also been made that the petitioner be supplied details with regard to the sundry charges which have been imposed.

In the light of the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.03.2021 alleged to be submitted by the petitioner to the respondents through mail within a period of three weeks.
