The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned order of removal dated 19.02.2016, Annexure P-3. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-University submits that initially the order of termination was modified to removal on a representation submitted by the petitioner though no other benefits have been granted for which, he submits, on instructions, that in case a representation is submitted by her with better justification, the same shall be considered. 3.
To the above, learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner by granting her an opportunity of hearing. 4.
In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be decided within four months taking note of the pleas raised by the petitioner, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
