Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.227 dated 31.10.2020 registered under Sections 292, 354-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 14 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and Section 67-B of Information Technology Act, at Police Station Sujanpur, District Kapurthala.
