(ORAL) In compliance with the orders passed by this Court, reports dated 09.12.2021, 18.04.2022 and 28.06.2022, have been received from the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sardulgarh through the learned District and Sessions Judge, Mansa have been received. As per the abovesaid reports, the private parties have not appeared before the trial Court for recording their statements qua genuineness of compromise effected between them.

None has put in appearance for the petitioner. Perusal of the file shows that on the previous date also i.e. 19.09.2022, the petitioner had gone un-represented. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing the instant petition.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
