Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in criminal case having FIR No.102 dated 16.12.2024 registered under Sections 140(1), 115(2), 351(3), 191(3), 190 of BNS (Section 117(2) of BNS added later on) at Police Station City Balachaur, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required in this case Co-accused have already granted bail by this Court vide orders as Annexures P-3 to P-5. No injury is attributed to the petitioner. 3.

State counsel has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and further submits that the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation.
