(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to open a liquor vend at village Baraas, in respect of Group No.33, for which the petitioner was the successful bidder. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority by filing a detailed and comprehensive representation within a week from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. However, a prayer was made that a time bound direction be issued to decide the same expeditiously. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It is, however, observed that in case such a representation is filed by the petitioner before the concerned authority in the aforesaid manner, the same shall be decided within a period of next two weeks from its filing by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
