(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition was filed on the basis of compromise/settlement arrived at between the parties and as per the terms of the settlement, the matter has been compromised. He further submits that now the petitioners are deliberately not attending this Court and he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh quashing petition on merits or on compromise. The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition either on compromise or on merits. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
