ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of quo warranto directing respondents No.3 and 4 to show by which authorityrespondent No.4 is holding the post of Registrar in the Council of Homeopathic System of Medicine, which is a public post which governs the registration of all homeopathic practitioners in Haryana for which respondent No.4 was selected for the post vide result dated 04.12.2017, as per impugned advertisement dated 27.10.2017 (Annexure P-2) issued by respondent No.2, whereby Chairman of the SHALINI BHATIA 2022.11.29 09:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Council has advertised the post of Registrar without prior approval and without following constitutional mandate and statutory rules. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to produce the record of selection in a sealed cover.

Order sheet reflects that barring one or two dates ever since the petition has been filed, none has been representing the petitioner. Same is the position today.
