(ORAL) Petitioners are seeking indulgence of this Court for directing the respondents to release Over Time Allowance admissible to petitioners as granted to the similar situated employees, after decision of this Hon'ble Court dated 01.04.2013 (Annexure P-2) passed in CWP No.22516 of 2012 and further upheld by Hon'ble the Supreme Court, vide judgment dated 31.01.2017 (Annexure P-3). In this regard, had submitted representation dated 04.07.2019 (Annexure P-5), but there is no adherence thereto. Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.3 & 4 to consider representation dated 04.07.2019 (Annexure P-5) in terms of order dated 01.02.2019 (Annexure P-4) and take appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that if decision is not taken within the time frame, there shall be costs of `25,000/- to be paid to the petitioners by the
