Learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner submits that the government scheme (Annexure P-10) regarding appointment on compassionate grounds was specifically challenged by the Writ Petitioner before the Tribunal but the same was not discussed by the Tribunal while disposing of the Original Application filed by the Writ Petitioner.
