RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.93 dated 28.06.2019, under Section 307, 186, 353, 506 IPC and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 21.08.2020, arrived at between the parties.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court for redressal of his grievances. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
