RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing the order dated 08.05.2023, Annexure P-18, passed by respondent No.2, whereby the petitioner was suspended and order dated 15.06.2023, Annexure P-21, where by the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 08.05.2023, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that by virtue of Notification No.S.O.61/P.A.9/1994/S.29-A/2023 dated 10.08.2023, the Punjab Government has dissolved all the Gram Panchayats in State of Punjab and thus the present petition has been rendered infructuous. However, he submits that in case any cause of action arises, he should be given liberty to file a fresh petition again. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if any cause of action arises, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail his remedy as available to him under the law.
