**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing the official respondents no.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents no. 4 to 9.

Learned State counsel assures the Court that the representation dated 10.06.2026 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioners will be decided within three days in the light of notification No.12/252/2023-4HGIV dated 17.02.2025 issued by the Home Department, Haryana Government. In the light of above, the instant petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail alternate remedy by way of appeal as per the above-said SOP.
