RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court impugning the order dated05.08.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Narnaul, wherein interim maintenance amounting to Rs.5,000/- per month has been awarded to the respondent-wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has disputed the relationship between him and the respondent as husband and wife. However, after arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner, in all his fairness, has prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail his remedies before the learned Family Court where the main case is pending. He also submits that the learned Family Court be directed to decide the case in a time bound manner. After hearing the counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail all his remedies before the Court concerned. The learned Family Court is requested to expedite the MEENU 2022.09.12 17:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
