Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 06.11.2021 Barwala, District Hisar 307, 201, 34, 120-B IPC and 25 of Arms Act The peƟƟoner incarcerated in the FIR capƟoned above, has come up before this Court under SecƟon 439 CrPC seeking three weeks interim bail for medical care of his wife.

State counsel has strenuously opposed the present peƟƟon for interim bail on the ground that the peƟƟoner is a habitual offender and six other FIRs are sƟll pending against him.

AŌer arguing for considerable Ɵme, counsel for the peƟƟoner wants to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to file fresh peƟƟon with beƩer parƟculars and seeks exempƟon from filing fresh power of aƩorney. 4.
Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that if the peƟƟoner files a fresh peƟƟon on medical grounds of his wife then he shall menƟon all his adult siblings as well as his wife along status of parents and shall also annex medical record. Since peƟƟoner -Pardeep Kumar has already given power of aƩorney to his counsel in this peƟƟon, as such, Registry shall not insist to file fresh power of aƩorney in the fresh peƟƟon, if so filed.
