- As to where was the need and occasion for the petitioner to approach the management of the Divya Jyoti Jagriti Sansthan, Nurmahal, Jalandhar (Punjab), for having a Darshan of the Samadhi, learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a situation to respond to the same as well; , - As to how the Divya Jyoti Jagriti Sansthan, Nurmahal, Jalandhar (Punjab) can be said to be a place of religion entitling every person who claims to have faith or belief in the said sect to have an unrestricted right to enter, he failed to respond to the same as well. This Court has granted two opportunities to the learned counsel for the petitioner to respond to the above said queries, however, no response has been put forth before this Court. I find that this petition lacks merits and thus the same is accordingly dismissed.
