In compliance of order dated 03.07.2025, the detenue has been produced by ASI Kulwinder Singh along with Sub Inspector Gurjeet Kaur, Police Station Kahnuwan District Gurdaspur. Her statement has been recorded in the Court today wherein she has stated that she wants to live with her husband i.e. respondent No.4-Abhishek.

In view of the statement made by the detenue, no further order is required to be passed by this Court. However, SSP, Gurdaspur is directed to provide the protection to the detenue, if there is any threat perception. 5.

Petition stands disposed of.
