(ORAL) Present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioners under Sections 10, 11 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, for summoning and punishing the Contemnors/Respondent for willful, intentional and deliberate disobedience of the order/direction dated 21.03.2002 passed in CWP No. 4382 of 2002 titled as Satbir Singh and another vs. State of Haryana and others (Annexure P-1) and dated 01.03.2004 passed in CWP No. 526 of 2004 titled as Rajiv alias Ruli vs. State of Haryana and others (Annexure P-2) respectively.

Learned counsel for the respondents, at the very outset, files a compliance report dated 04.09.2025 by way of affidavit of Sh. Sarvjeet Singh Goyat, XEN working as Administrative Officer/Court Cell, Panipat on behalf of the respondent, which is handed over in Court today and the same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the respondents refers to the submissions made in para 2 thereof; wherein it is stated as follows:- "2. Upon receiving the advice from the Legal Remembrancer, Haryana Power Utilities (memo no. Ch77/LB-2 (loose) dated 14.08.2025), the Competent Authority after due considerations decided to release the payment to the tune of Rs.19,05,705/- was released vide cheques No. 594788 to 594817 (30 nos.) dated 03.09.2025 in favor of the petitioners. The copy of the cheques dated 03.09.2025 is annexed herewith as Annexure R-1.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that therefore, vide the cheques dated 03.09.2025 (Annexure R-1), an amount of Rs.19,05,705/- stands released to the petitioners. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said amount has not yet been received by the petitioners. 5.

Heard.

In view of the fact that the cheques have been issued by the respondents, the said amount shall be released in due course. Hence, no further directions are required to be issued.

However, in case anything survives in the present petition, liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the same within a period of 4 weeks from today, if so advised.

The present Contempt Petition stands disposed of. 9.
