This writ petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 27.11.2020 (Annexure P4) vide which the petitioner has been transferred from M.C. Kalanaur, Rohtak to M.C. Sonepat. It is stated that petitioner has been transferred within less than 45 days of his previous transfer and posting vide order dated 15.10.2020. Petitioner is claimed to be orthopedically disabled. This matter was adjourned on 12.01.2021 to enable learned counsel for respondent No.3 to seek specific instructions as to whether petitioner can be adjusted at a place near Kalanaur or Bawani Khera. CWP No.21154 of 2020 [2] 19.01.2021 by learned counsel for respondent No.3 that no vacant post was available at Kalanaur, but the same was available at M.C., Bawani Khera. The petitioner expressed his willingness to be adjusted at the said station. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has produced in Court today, a copy of order dated 04.02.2021 whereby petitioner has been transferred to the post of Accountant at Municipal Committee, Bawani Khera against a vacant post. Same is taken on record subject to just exceptions. Despite the matter being called twice, none has come present on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that he may not be interested in pursuing the matter any longer in view of order dated 04.02.2021. Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Needless to say, in case there is any inaccuracy in the aforesaid facts brought before this Court, petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application in this writ petition.
