Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.668 dated 10.11.2017 registered under Sections 302, 120-B, 201, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that 18 witnesses have already been examined out of 31. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage and for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to decide the case in a time bound manner.
