(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.18 dated 14.1.2023, under Sections 363, 366-A IPC (later on Sections 419, 420, 465, 471 and 201 IPC and Sections 6 and 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 added), registered at Police Station Saran, District Faridabad, Haryana.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 17.8.2023 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Permitted to do so.
