Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Karan Bhati in case FIR No. 27 dated 14.01.2019, registered under Section(s) 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 & 325 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Model Town, Rewari. Allegation levelled against the petitioner that he had given knife blow in the stomach of the injured and recovery of the said knife is yet to be effected.
