Through the instant petition, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No. 765 dated 21.10.2020, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Thanesar City, District Kurukshetra.

Today, learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by ASI Ankit Kumar, has informed that after conducting investigation, cancellation report was prepared on dated 15.8.2021, and has subsequently been filed before the learned Illaqa Magistrate concerned.

In view of the above statement suffered by the learned State counsel, no further cause of action survives. The present petition, therefore, has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2023.12.15 10:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
