Civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned clarification dated 28.07.2016, whereby respondent No.3 illegally and arbitrarily interpreted notification dated 22.06.2016. Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same be disposed off as such.
