The present criminal writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners by providing adequate police protection to them and further issue direction to the private respondents No.4 to 10 not to harass or interfere in the peaceful marriage life of the petitioners. Further for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to provide the protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.4 to 10 and their other family members. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke alternative appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
