The present second petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.101 dated 05.05.2023, registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Ismailabad, District Kurukshetra. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that since, the petitioner has been arrested, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
