SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the possession notice dated 04.06.2026 (Annexure P-14) and the proceedings initiated under Sections 13(2) and 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act through notices dated 05.09.2025 and 24.11.2025 (Annexures P-10 and P-13 respectively). After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authorities having jurisdiction over the issue under the provisions of the IPC. Prayer is accepted.
