The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, for quashing of FIR No. 0034 dated 12.03.2025, under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS Police Station Nakodar Sadar, District Jalandhar (Annexure P-1) alongwith all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
