**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in complaint No. COMI/0000875/2015 instituted on 3.9.2015 under Sections 323, 324, 294, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 3 of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 9.9.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court on 17.9.2019 and was admitted on bail. Copy of the order has been placed on record and the same is marked as Mark-A. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 9.9.2019 is made absolute.
