Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.61 dated 29.11.2022, under Sections 419, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Chandigarh. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, has appraised the Court that as on today, petitioner stands acquitted and submits that the present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
