(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.577 dated 13.12.2024 registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1B)(a) & 29B of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Badshahpur, District Gurugram.

Learned counsel for the parties inform this Court that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already been acquitted by the Trial Court.
