(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.0231 dated 28.09.2021, under Sections 452, 323, 148, 149, 427, 506 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Gate Hakima, Amritsar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from police official submits that in compliance of order dated 04.02.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 04.02.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
