**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) In the present petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of promotion order of respondent Nos. 5 to 12 (P-7 to P-17 and P-19). Further prayer of the petitioner is that respondents be directed to finalize the seniority list and reviewed the promotions who has been wrongly provided without availability of sanctioned post.

Learned counsel at the very outset restricts his prayer for issuance of direction to the respondents to finalize the seniority list, which has been circulated on 28.11.2016.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of by giving a direction to the respondents to finalize the above seniority list, expeditiously.
