(Oral) Counsel for the applicant submits that the compromise has been effected between the parties and the same has been reduced into writing on 30.09.2025, original whereof has been supplied by the counsel today, which is taken on record as Annexure C-1. Counsel for the respondent also does not dispute about the arrival of the said compromise. At this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that since the compromise has been effected between the parties, he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.

Ordered accordingly.
