* * * * Husband of claimant No.1 died in a motor accident. Learned Counsel for the claimants has filed affidavits of Naranjan Kaur, Ravinder Singh and Avtar Kaur. The affidavits are taken on record. The parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of order passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice K. Kanan, as his lordship then was. Learned counsel for the Insurance Company handed over three cheques bearing cheque No.893877 dated 07.06.2016 in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- favouring Smt. Naranjan Kaur, cheque No.893875 dated 07.06.2016 in the sum of Rs.1,75,000/- favouring Avtar Kaur and cheque No.893876 dated 07.06.2016 in the sum of Rs.1,75,000/- favouring Ravinder Singh, who has since attained majority. Cheques have been handed over to the learned counsel for the claimants in full and final satisfaction of their claim in this appeal. Photocopy of the cheques and receipt to the effect that learned counsel for the claimants has received cheques, have been placed on record. Appeal, thus, Stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be supplied to learned counsel for the parties.
