AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Challenge in present petition is to the order whereby petitioner has been declared surplus for the post of PGT Hindi in Government Senior Secondary School, Gohana.

Learned State Counsel on instructions from Mr.Satender Kumar, Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, Gohana, who is present in Court submits that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and handed over a copy of letter dated 29.08.2019 vide which petitioner has again joined on the same very post. The aforementioned letter is taken on record.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of Court for withdrawal of present petition having been rendered infructuous.
