Mr. Harkesh Manuja, Advocate, for the petitioners. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to a judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.10325 of 2013 titled Sandeep Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and another, decided on 20.05.2014 (Annexure P-40) where Drawing Teacher has been converted to Trained Graduate Teacher under Rule 9(5) of The Haryana School Education (Group C) State Cadre Service Rules, 2012 and the petitioners were held entitled to promotion to the post of Elementary School Headmaster as per the Statutory Rules. The aforesaid judgment (Annexure P-40) has been upheld by the Division Bench in LPA No.1992 of 2014, decided on 03.12.2014 (Annexure P-41). This benefit has not been extended to the present petitioners as they have not approached the Court.

Since, the dispute in the present petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment (Annexure P-41), therefore, the instant writ petition is disposed of by giving direction to respondent No.2, to consider the case of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
