Present fourth petition has been filed praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.61, dated 20.08.2022, under Sections 21(c), 25 & 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar Rural, Punjab. 2.

Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, has submitted that all the evidences from both the sides i.e. the prosecution witnesses and defence, have already been concluded and the case is fixed for pronouncement of the final order on 01.07.2026. 3.

In view of the above, this Court refrains itself from going into the merits of the case. Hence, the present petition is disposed of. However the learned trial Court is requested to pronounce the order at the earliest.
