Grievance of the petitioner is that its licence for running the brick-kiln was cancelled vide order dated 04.01.2018. An appeal against the said order was filed before respondent no. 2. Same was, however, dismissed. At present revision petition is pending before the respondent no.

1. However, no decision is being taken therein resulting in loss to the petitioner.
