(ORAL) Instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to initiate proceedings against respondents No.2 to 9 for illegal encroachment on the public land. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that earlier notices dated 18.09.2015 were given to the private respondents for removal of unauthorised construction raised by them in contravention of Section 250 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994. Thereafter, order dated 29.09.2015 (Annexure P-4) was passed. Another order dated 14.12.2015 (Annexure P-5) was issued but no action has been taken.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has already moved representation dated 22.01.2016 (Annexure P-6) before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon to proceed in accordance with law but RAVINDER SINGH 2016.05.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of, without issuing notice to the respondents, with a direction to respondent No.1 - Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 22.01.2016 (Annexure P-6) and take appropriate action in accordance with law preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
