(ORAL) Mr. Brijeshwar Singh Bhalla, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is appealable and the same has been assailed before the Commissioner by filing appeal dated 21.11.2016. He submits that his client would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent No.2-Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Moga to decide the statutory appeal/representation within a time bound manner. Keeping in view the fact that the prayer sought is most innocuous and the petitioner has already submitted a representation, liberty is granted to the petitioner to place on record additional documents, if any, to support his claim.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to decide the representation/appeal or any additional documents purported to be filed, after affording opportunity of hearing, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon in accordance with law.
