**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to take appropriate action against private respondent i.e Lalita, Anganwari Worker,Anganwari Centre No. 186, Village Dhatoori, District Sonepat after conducting enquiry against her, as he has been involved in various irregularities in her working as Anganwari Worker likewise misappropriation/embezzelment of Anganwari ration by mentioning false/wrong names of children in the list of Anganwari who are not actual beneficiaries, running anganwari centre in a private home for the year 2011 to 2017.

In this regard, petitioners has given representations dated 23.09.2017 and 29.11.2017 (Annexure P-4 and P-5) respectively but no action has been taken till date.

In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representations dated 23.09.2017 and 29.11.2017 (Annexure P-4 and P-5) of the petitioners by passing a speaking order, as per record available with the respondent, in accordance with law.
