**** KIRTI SINGH, J. (Oral) By way of instant petition, petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for seeking directions to official respondents to produce the detenue namely Sony Kumari wife of the petitioner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the detenue is now residing with the petitioner i.e. her husband. 3.

Learned State counsel also verifies this fact and submits that detenue is residing with her husband.

Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of being rendered infructuous.
