(ORAL) The petitioner is serving as Master (Punjabi) and has challenged the order dated 15.11.2018 (Annexure P1), whereby he has been transferred from Government High School, Rajpura (Fazilka), to Government High School, Sarai Amanat (Tarn Taran). At the time of hearing, counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid transfer order has been substituted by a fresh order dated 19.11.2018, whereby the petitioner has now been transferred to Government Senior Secondary School, Padhri Kalan, Tarn Taran.
