It is urged before the court that the application has been pending since 19.11.2012. However, no order thereon has been passed by respondents No.2 and 3 till date. Mr. A.P.S. Tung, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 today and submits that needful shall be done at the earliest in any case not later than one month and petitioner would be informed accordingly.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of.
