(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing/set aside the FIR No.234 dated 09.06.2021 under Sections 408, 420, 506 of IPC, 1860 and Section 66 of the IT Act registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar (Annexure P-1). At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the prosecution evidence has been recorded, he does not wish to press the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds raised in the present petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
