**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner are seeking direction to the respondents to adjust her as Anganwari Worker against the vacant post at Krishna Colony, CWDPO Balabhgarh from the present posting at Village Indri, District Nuh, in view of the proposal approved and sent by respondent No. 3 to respondent No. 2, issued in terms of the transfer policy dated 19.07.2018 (Annexure P-1). In this regard, petitioner has given representation dated 01.11.2018 (Annexure P-5) but no action has been taken till date. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself.
