***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to issue appointment letter in favour of the petitioner, claiming to be a selected candidate on the post of MPHW (Female), Category No.9, Advt. No.15/2019 (Annexure P6), since his documents have been verified and bio-metric also carried out. Appointment letters have already issued to other selected candidates on 10.07.2022 (Annexure P-9).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 08.08.2022 (Annexure P-14), but the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. 3.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by the competent authority, either way, on the pending representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the pending representation dated 08.08.2022 (Annexure P-14) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, giving reasons thereof, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible but, in any case, not later than 4 weeks to avoid creation of any third party rights, which may arise due to delay in deciding the representation. 8.

Disposed of accordingly.
